These terms apply to any booking, consultation or treatment with Suburban Glow Lashes and Semi Permanent Make Up (“we”, “us”) at the studio at 193A Wilmslow Rd, Handforth, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 3JX.

Bookings and consultations

Bookings are made directly on Fresha or by contacting us. A short consultation takes place before any semi-permanent makeup, lash or brow treatment so you know exactly what to expect. Patch tests are required in advance for certain treatments, as set out on each treatment page.

Cancellations

See our 48 hour cancellation policy for full details on rescheduling and late cancellations.

Results

Semi-permanent makeup and lash results vary by individual skin type, aftercare and lifestyle. Sandra talks through realistic expectations for healed results, touch ups and longevity during your consultation.
