48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment with Suburban Glow Lashes and Semi Permanent Make Up. This gives us the best chance to offer your slot to another client.

Late cancellations and no shows

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation charge. Any deposit paid at the time of booking may be forfeited.
